Contact and Support

Two kinds of question arrive here. Orders belong to Amazon. Fitment is already answered on the homepage. Take whichever door is yours.

About an order

Amazon Orders Go Through Amazon

Amazon owns the whole transaction, from checkout to refund. Starting from the order page itself is quickest, since the purchase details travel with the request. What that covers:

  • Order status and delivery
  • Returns, refunds and replacements
  • Payment and billing
  • Tires damaged in transit
  • Missing items from a shipment
  • Repairs, warranty claims and seller complaints

No stock leaves this site and no packages ship from it, which means there is no order to look up, no address to correct and no refund to authorize here. Amazon handles all three, generally in less time than a middleman would take.

About the tire

Check Two Places First

The sidewall carries the full size, the load index, the load range and the date code of the tire in front of you. The placard inside the driver's door area carries the size and pressure the truck was built around. Most Ram 1500 fitment questions answer themselves between those two, including the one that catches people out most often: whether the badge says Ram 1500 or Ram 1500 Classic.

Not sure a 33 will clear? Any decent truck shop can put the front end on a lift, swing it lock to lock and cycle the suspension in about ten minutes, and mount the set while the truck is already up there. A 35-inch Load Range E casing is heavy, stiff and genuinely awkward. Let the machine do it.

Treadwear and Manufacturer Warranties

Mileage warranties are administered by the manufacturer that built the tire. BFGoodrich, Falken, Toyo, Nitto, General Tire, Mickey Thompson, Michelin and Goodyear each publish separate terms. Those terms can change between the metric and LT builds of one model, so a claim is assessed against the specific size on the truck instead of the name on the sidewall.

Have ready before starting a claim:

  • ·The full size string and date code from the sidewall
  • ·Proof of purchase
  • ·Rotation records
  • ·Current tread depth across the set

Most published terms make eligibility conditional on documented rotation, sound alignment, correct inflation and a normal wear pattern. Tires that cupped or feathered because of a failing shock or a bent component are generally denied, because the tire did not cause the problem.
